Refund Policy

At Moore N the Mood LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our cleaning services and are committed to ensuring every client is happy with the results.
1. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no additional cost. This re-clean must be scheduled within 2 business days of the original service.
2. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer full refunds once a cleaning has been completed. However, if a service cannot be completed due to an error on our end or an exceptional circumstance, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future cleaning, at our discretion.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will not be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows or last-minute lockouts will be charged the full service fee.
4. Deposits
If a deposit is required to reserve your appointment, it is non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
