Deep Cleaning Fee- Applies if the property requires extra time and effort due to

excessive dirt, grime, or neglect.

 

Pet Fee- Covers additional cleaning for pet hair, dander, stains, or odors.

 

Move-in/Move-Out Cleaning Fee- These detailed cleanings require extra time and attention beyond standard services.

 

Appliance Cleaning Fee- If you'd like the inside of your fridge, oven, dishwasher, or washer/dryer cleaned, this service can be added for an extra charge of $15 per appliance. (ALL APPLIANCES ARE INCLUDED WITH DEEP CLEANS)

 

Organizing and Decluttering Fee- If our team needs to pick up or sort through excessive items before cleaning, an additional charge may apply.

 

Biohazard or Hazardous Waste Fee- For handling hazardous materials such as blood, feces, mold, or other biohazards.

 

High ceiling or Hard-to Reach Areas Fee- If special equipment like ladders or extension tools are required

 

Last Minute or Same-Day Booking Fee- A surcharge may apply for rush requests requiring same- day service.

 

Specialty Surface Fee- Some delicate materials, such as marble or untreated wood, require specific cleaning products and techniques. This fee covers the extra care needed.

 

Trash Removal Fee- If excessive garbage or large items need to be hauled away, an additional charge will apply.
